Curtis Miller

Vice President

As the Vice President of Security Solutions, Curtis Miller manages a seasoned team of security professionals that help develop and maintain security programs across the country. Curtis joined our team in May 2020 after 30 years of Government Service.  Curtis most recently served as a Senior Industrial Security Representative for the DCSA Huntsville Alabama Field Office.  Curtis accepted that promotion and moved to Huntsville after serving over 4 years in the Seattle/Tacoma Field Office.
We are proud to have Curtis as one of our own.  His background and oversight helps create viable and realistic strategies for cleared contractors to manage security programs that meet and exceed NISP standards.


Katherine Matt

FSO / Industrial Security SME

After eight years in the Industrial Security field, Kathy Matt serves as an Industrial Security SME of Security Solutions.  Whether the task is in Personnel Security, Sponsorships and Joint Ventures or working toward Safeguarding, Kathy is expanding her knowledge with every endeavor.  Her commitment to educating employees serves as one of her many strengths to build a strong Security program.

Building her career through other endeavors, Security has offered the opportunity to use all her personal strengths and experience into a fulfilling career.  With Kim and Curtis by her side, Kathy is confident she can be vital to the success of Verity and our clients.  Previously employed at QTEC, KBR and Northrop Grumman, her experience is as diverse as each company.   Kathy received her Bachelors degree in Marketing and Management from the University of North Alabama.  As a Huntsville native, Kathy is excited for the growing community she calls home.


Andrew Roswal

Information Assurance SME

As the Information Assurance SME of Security Solutions, Andrew Roswal applies his 15+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) information system security to provide top-tier support across all information assurance and cyber security domains. 
Andrew provides expertise with Risk Management Framework (RMF) under multiple agencies (including Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), US Air Force, and US Army), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards (800-53, 800-171, etc.), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and communications security (COMSEC). 
Andrew is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (C|HFI), and Federal IT Security Professional Operator (FITSP-O).  Andrew has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Master of Computer Science degree from Colorado State University.  Prior to joining Verity Integrated Systems, Andrew worked for QuantiTech, QinetiQ North America, and Northrop Grumman.
